This home is located at the highest peak of the mountain, where significant snowfall and ice accumulation are common, especially during winter. Snow and ice may be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads leading to the property. While the owners do have a snow plowing service, Summit Vacations is not privy to the plow schedule, so we recommend planning accordingly. For added convenience, a shovel is provided for guest use to clear paths as needed during your stay. THE SUMMIT VACATIONS ADVANTAGE: Every Summit Vacations Breckenridge property comes with an initial supply of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher detergent. Should you need more, additional supplies can be easily purchased locally. Each home also features premium bed linens and towels. The kitchens are fully equipped with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and various small appliances. All of our properties offer FREE Wi-Fi. PARKING: - Parking for 3-4 vehicles - 2-Car Stall Garage Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
