The kitchens are fully equipped with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and various small appliances. And of course, all of our properties offer FREE WiFi. The master bedroom, outfitted with fresh linens, promises a restful night's sleep. The guest room and bunk room offer plenty of sleeping options. The triple-stack bunk beds do not have safety rails, so we recommend reserving the top bunks for adults. After a day on the slopes, unwind in the private hot tub, which offers a secluded spot to soak while snowflakes drift down around you. In the warmer months, gather the family on the back deck and enjoy the soothing sounds of the Blue River. This is an authentic mountain retreat you won’t want to miss! Winter Highlights: - Less than 4 miles to the Breckenridge chairlifts. - Relax after a day of skiing in the six-person hot tub on the deck. - Experience Breckenridge’s annual Snow Sculpture contest in late January. - Take a scenic sleigh ride through Breckenridge, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. - Enjoy April’s month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge. Summer Highlights: - Unwind in the backyard swings overlooking the Blue River. - Celebrate the 4th of July with a parade, or go river rafting on the mellow Blue River. - Attend the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo and National Repertory Orchestra concerts. - Explore Breckenridge’s Fun Park on Peak 8, with an alpine slide, roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, maze, and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
