Summit Vacations offers a variety of vacation rental properties including condos and cabins to suit different group sizes and preferences.
Our properties are primarily located in Breckenridge, Colorado, close to popular attractions, ski resorts, and outdoor activities.
Summit Vacations has been in the vacation rental business for over 10 years, offering a boutique experience with personalized service.
Booking and Payment
You can book directly through our website at www.summitvacations.net. We are unable to take reservations over the telephone.
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the property and the timing of your cancellation. Please refer to the specific property listing or contact us for detailed information.
We do not require a security deposit. Instead, 50% of the total payment is due at the time of booking, with the remainder due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is usually at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request if made at least 48 hours in advance. However, please note that during the ski season, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs due to our tight cleaning schedule.
Check-in instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Most properties are equipped with a lockbox containing the key for your convenience, ensuring a contactless check-in experience.
Amenities and Services
Each property is fully equipped with essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, and linens. A beginning supply of paper products, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and toiletries are provided. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies. Some properties may also include hot tubs, fireplaces, and access to community facilities.
Standard housekeeping is provided before and after your stay. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
Yes, most properties include parking spaces. Specific details can be found in the property listing.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in any of our vacation rentals. We maintain a pet-free policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
Our properties are close to a variety of activities, including skiing, hiking, shopping, dining, and more.
We can recommend several nearby ski rental shops and where to purchase lift tickets for the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Our guests also receive exclusive discounts at Charter Sports.

Summit Vacations maintains a strict no-party policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction without a refund.
