Trails End 307 is a comfy 600 sq. foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom slope-side, ski-in/out unit. This unit has been recently remodeled for the 2014/2015 season. Located on the 3rd floor of the Trails End building, this unit has a very nice partial view of the Breckenridge ski slopes. This unit comfortably sleeps 4, with a queen size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit has 2 flat screen HDTV's and Internet access. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens, as well as videos and books for your enjoyment. Trails End features access to an outdoor heated swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a ski storage facility, and elevators.

Summer Highlights:
Trails End boasts one of the best locations in Breckenridge. Close to shopping & dining in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, close to Maggie Pond & the Blue River, and just steps away from hiking trails up the mountain makes this location perfect for summertime activities. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.

Winter Highlights:
It doesn't get much closer to skiing & riding than this unit! It is located right at the Peak 9 base, so getting first chair on the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift is any easy feat from this property. Come home after a day on the mountain to relax in the heated outdoor pool & hot tubs. Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open til late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.

"This facility was cozy and convenient to slopes. You don't need a car but it is nice perk. You literally can park and never drive till you leave as the lift is right behind lodge. The living space was comfortable for 2 but I think if there were four with stuff it would be crowded. We would stay here again."
