Our family of four stayed here, and really enjoyed it. I have two words for you: boot dryers!

This condo had everything we needed, is ground level, and was clean and cozy. We had plenty of room for 4 of us, and we cooked and hung out by the fire...close to 4 O'clock and pretty easy ski in...some walking on the cat tracks but not bad at all...

We'd rent this one again for sure, and we like the location close to town but easy parking and ski-in...

Thanks Summit Vacations!

Great space and good location
★ ★ ★ ★ ☆
This condo was perfect for our group of 7. The bedrooms and living spaces were spacious. The equipment area was perfect for our gear after a day of skiing. We also loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.
The location is good with the Snowflake lift directly across the street. You do have to still catch another lift at Peak 8 base to get to a major ski run. We visited the last week of season and there was still ample snow on the run by the condo, however a bit slushy, as expected.
The condo is dated in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The ice maker was not working and the property manager brought us a bag of ice to use during our stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Perfect ski trip!

We arrived Tuesday night, March 27 and checked out today, April 1. The unit was on the ground floor, and you could see skiers go by from the front window! Right across the street was the snowflake lift- you really don’t need a car here, we walked or took the free shuttle to town and groceries. The house had most things we needed for cooking, they could use a big pot for pasta. You will find filters, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, we didn’t think to purchase foil, Saran Wrap and baggies, that would have been nice to leave in the house.
We couldn’t figure out how to use the keyless entry code to the front door, but the back was easy. Location was perfect, house was not fancy, but clean and fit our group of three adults and four teenage boys well. We cooked breakfast, and came in for lunch while skiing. There are two renal shops just out the front door- that was really handy when the boys wanted a tune up. Love Breckenridge, we had a fabulous time in this property! Go to Angels Hollow and Fatty’s for great food!!

I really enjoyed this property. The location is about perfect. Would be great for skiing with the family. Easy access to snowflake lift and ski in from four o'clock run. Property is well maintained. Hot tubs great. 10 min walk to town.

We plan to return !

“Convenient and comfortable”

Left on 01/22/2015 for a stay in March 2014
A great condo in a fantastic spot. You can ski in at the end of the day right to the door. A secluded lift is directly across the street and offers you an easy way to get on the mountain each morning with no waiting in line. For those with kids the experience couldn't be easier or better. Plus, you are so close to town that you really couldn't ask for a more convenient location.

The condo was perfect for our family's needs. The location was great, being close to walking trails and within walking distance of the Main Street. If I were to offer a complaint, it would be that the thermostat did not work. The master bedroom was very warm and the windows did not open. A nice addition would be a ceiling fan. My kids did complain that the direct tv did not work well. It didn't bother me as we weren't there to watch tv. All in all, I would definitely rent again if we were to return to Breckenridge.

Reply from Summit Vacations:
Thank you for your comments. We very much appreciate such feedback as it resulted in a work order to address the thermostat and window issues. Although this property does have most of the cable channels, it does not have the premium channels; your comment in that regard is being taken under consideration.

We came for a one night stay in this apartment and it was very comfortable for a bachelorette party. We walked, in heals, to and from town to visit Eric's Bar which was an absolute blast.

We were in town for a family reunion and the location was perfect! Two blocks to Main Street! Overall, the condo was beautiful and well laid out for two families! Kitchen is a bit sparse on some of the basics but wasn't anything we couldn't handle.
