Timbernest A7 is newly redecorated with log furniture and natural woods. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 sf corner unit condominium is located on the 2nd floor of the Timbernest "A" building. The unit comfortably sleeps 2-4 people, nestled in tall evergreen trees. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens.
The interior has been finished in beetle-killed pine displaying the natural blue stain accents unique to that wood. The log decor, hand-made log furniture, and a log bed add unique charm to this unit. The recently remodeled kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils and dishes. We provide free coffee, cider packets, and hot chocolate for our guests. There is a 50 inch flat screen TV with high definition service mounted over the fireplace in the living room. There is also a 32 inch flat screen HDTV in the bedroom. Both TV's have dvd/vcr players connected. After a day on the slopes enjoy your choice of over 250 movies that are provided for your enjoyment or browse the internet with our free WiFi. Balconies are located off both the living room and the bedroom with a limited mountain view from the bedroom balcony. A common laundry room is located in the building and an iron and ironing board are provided in the condo. The new sleeper sofa has a 5 inch memory foam mattress and the condo is furnished with a boot, glove, and hat dryer.
The Timbernest condominium complex is located on Columbine Road, within walking distance (500 feet) of the Quicksilver Super Six chairlift and 1 block from downtown Breckenridge. There are laundry facilities in the building.
Hike 500 feet from this condo to trails going up to any of Breckenridge's 5 peaks in the summer. Breathe in the fresh Rocky Mountain air while relaxing on one of your 2 private decks, one of which opens from your bedroom. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
Walk a quick 500 feet to the Quicksilver Chairlift for skiing/riding or walk 1 block to the heart of downtown. After a day on the slopes, unwind with some entertainment by choosing one of over 250 movies provided for your enjoyment. Other winter activities include Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open til late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.
