Ski-in/out, just steps from trail! Heated garage, private hot tub, wifi!
We loved the location and the views. The house is well maintained, was clean and was furnished with all the necessary amenities. The stairs took some getting used to for us lowlanders in the thin air. The only minor comment is the lighting could be better in kitchen. Replacing the bulbs with LED bulbs would probably solve that issue. That said we will definitely like to stay there again!!!

We have been staying in Breck for a week every Summer for the last 8+ years, and this may be our new favorite spot. Previous lodging destinations had included the amazing "Bison Crossing" house on Main Street, and a great Townhome on Ridge Street. While each had its pros & cons, this Sawmill Creek Chalet is perhaps the best overall package. The quality of the built-ins, tasteful style / decoration, and comfortable furniture will pamper you while you gaze out mountain scenery from nearly every window. The kitchen is very well-equipped and all the beds are excellent. While not as close to Main Street as our other locales, you are still only a 5 min walk to the bus stop and 15 min walk to town. In the winter, the Snowflake lift is practically in the back yard. We absolutely loved this place and plan to come back, hopefully very soon!

"We love the Sawmill Creek Chalet. The location is excellent, we have three young children and the ski in/ski out access is very easy and convenient for anyone. The mountain views are abundant from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and all patios. We enjoy sitting in the hot tub, with views of downtown Breck, Baldy Mountain and the occasional moose down below. The kids were entertained with the foosball table in the garage and enjoyed our walks into town for shopping and dinning. We will come back as often as we can for the ski season, summer season for hiking and biking and the fall season to enjoy the beautiful Aspen trees."

"Had an amazing stay at the Sawmill Creek Chalet at 945 four o'clock road in Breckenridge. I highly recommend it! 5 stars all the way!
Thanks so much for an amazing weekend. This is a true ski in and ski out. Walk outside, cross the street, Click in and head down the catwalk. Kitchen is modern and beautiful, all the amenities inside were perfect and of course the views are stunning. There is nothing better than having a long day on the slopes and finishing the day off with a soak in the outdoor hot tub with views of the mountain. Hardest part was leaving! Would absolutely stay again.

Overall, for winter stay this house was a perfect location. We stayed for 3 nights + 4 days and our family of 5 had lots of room to lounge. The kitchen was clean, and house was tidy. Our only two challenges which can easily be remedied is that the Garage LockBox battery was dead so we had to go into the house to open the garage door; and it was very difficult to regulate the heat in the house, it was not easily identifiable to work the system
