Each of our Breckenridge properties is stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, hand and body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher detergent. If you need more during your stay, additional items are readily available at local stores.
Our homes feature premium bed linens and towels, and the kitchens are fully stocked with coffee makers, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and handy small appliances—everything you need to feel at home.
And of course, FREE WiFi is included in every property.

PARKING:
- Parking for 2 vehicles
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
**Important:** 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter as snow and ice will be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads.**

Park Place B203 is a beautifully remodeled premium condo, decorated in mountain décor, offering great access to the slopes and downtown. This two-bedroom, two-bath, 1250 square foot ski-in condominium is located on the 2nd floor of the Park Place 'B' building. Enjoy a short walk or shuttle ride to the Snowflake lift, and then ski down Four O’Clock Run to return to the condo. You’re also just a short stroll away from historic Main Street, perfect for après-ski or dining.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats six, plus three additional bar stools at the counter.
Relax in the living area, which includes a queen-size hide-a-bed, a 55” flat-screen TV, and a beautiful gas fireplace. The unit is stocked with books and DVDs for your enjoyment.

The Park Place condominium complex is located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O'Clock Road, just 1000 feet from the Snowflake double chairlift. Free bus transportation to Peaks 8 & 9 is available on Four O'Clock Road. The complex is across the street from the Performing Arts Center and one block from downtown Breckenridge.
In the summer, hike up the mountain from the Four O'Clock trail/ski run, just 1/2 block away. In the winter, ski down from the top of Peak 8, the highest chairlift in North America, and return to this condo after a 3 1/2 mile run. Relax those tired legs in the hot tubs in the complex or enjoy the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex.
Winter Highlights:
- Walk 1000 feet (or take the free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes) to the Snowflake Chairlift.
- Ski down 3 1/2 miles from the Imperial Chair, the highest chairlift in North America, back to this condo for lunch or at the end of the day.
- Relax in the hot tubs in the complex or enjoy the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex.
- In late January, attend Breckenridge's annual International Ice Sculpture Contest and visit the new Lighted Ice Castle, just across the street from Park Place.
Summer Highlights:
- Walk 2 blocks to two trails alongside Sawmill Creek, leading to the 4 O'Clock Reservoir.
- For the more adventurous, hike the 4 O'Clock Trail to the top of 12,998-foot Peak 8.
- Enjoy mountain biking on the 4 O'Clock Trail or a leisurely ride on the 9-mile paved path along the Blue River.
- Take advantage of the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex.
- Walk 1 block to downtown Breckenridge’s many restaurants and shops, and enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and National Repertory Orchestra concerts.
- Visit Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.

Turns out an amazing location when you’re blizzard’d in!
We didn’t end up skiing this particular weekend and this condo was perfect for being snowed in! We gamed, watched movies, walked to town, and cooked! This location was perfect! Well equipped for everything we needed!

Fabulous Clean Condo
Stayed here for our annual family ski vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked and place perfectly clean. Easy walk to downtown and not a bad trek to the Snowflake lift. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The Condo is a great find! The kitchen is well stocked (spices, pans, and a crockpot!). The beds are comfortable, the walls are thick, and the location is prime. Everything you would want in a ski condo.
