Park Place 305D is a 2 bdrm/2 bath (1274 sf) spacious ski-in condominium located on
the corner of building D and boasts vaulted ceilings with a view of Mt. Baldy and a
balcony view of downtown. Totally renovated and tastefully furnished in “Urban Rustic
American West” decor, the unit boasts newer furniture & mattresses, luxurious new
bathrooms, high quality furnishings and fully stocked kitchen including an Expresso
Bar. This condo has WIFI and 3 TVs in living area and both bedrooms. It is also just
one block from the heart of downtown for shopping and dining.

The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens, as well as family/children's videos, books, CD's, board games and puzzles for your enjoyment.
Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
Walk up the street (1000 feet, or 50 feet to the free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes) to get your ski day started at the Snowflake Chairlift. You can make your way to the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair, and ski down 3 1/2 miles back to this condo for lunch, or at the end of the day to soak those tired legs in the hot tubs in the complex. Enjoy the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex. Enjoy the annual Ice Sculpture contest held in the last week of January, just across the street. Also enjoy the new Lighted Ice Castle, all winter.

This condo was amazing. We booked last minute and was amazed how how nice the condo was for the price we paid. We had 4 people staying but it could have easily slept 8 with everyone having a bed spot. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location, less than 5 minute walk to the snowflake lift and just about the same amount of time to Main Street. After parking the car on arrival we didn’t have to drive anywhere else the entire trip. Literally everything is walkable from the condo. Will definitely consider staying here again on the next trip.
“The condo is much larger than we expected from the pictures! We were a family of 4 but could easily fit 6 and have plenty of room. Long hallway with hooks for coats and bench for shoes to not track in snow. Nice large living room area with comfy couches, TV and fireplace. Open layout to the dining/kitchen area with table/chairs and bar stools at the kitchen bar. Condo has been recently updated with nice granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom and updated tile and fixtures. New appliances in kitchen and well stocked with the basics and some spices. Two bathrooms was handy and both situated outside the bedroom so could be used without disturbing someone in the bedroom. There were barn doors you could close if you wanted more privacy to the bedroom/bath area. Beds were comfy, bring your own pillow if you are picky :) Location is great, close to ski lift and easy walk to downtown Breck. Could see the two hot tubs from our window so handy to see if there was space available before we headed down. It is on the 3rd floor and no elevators in case that would be a concern. The steps aren't too steep and you kind of meander up so wasn't a problem for us. Quick response to book and clear communication on how to get to the condo, lock box/parking info, etc. 2 parking passes come with the condo, which was great as parking limited in the area.”
