Winter storms have frequently closed I-70 and Denver International Airport.  Fantastic powder conditions on the slopes often result in road and airport closures.

We strongly believe that your vacation investment should be covered by travel insurance. We have therefore partnered with Travel-Guard® to offer options for your protection.

Travel Insurance will protect you against the common things we find preventing guests from arriving on their scheduled trip, such as sickness, weather, and job loss.  The protection will continue for you while you are on your trip and offer primary medical insurance, baggage loss or delay, and an invaluable 24-hour customer service line for any emergency or concierge needs while you are traveling.

1)  All Seasons Travel Plan is available with higher benefit levels. The premium is based on the trip cost so you can get fully reimbursed.  The premium is 7% of your trip cost.

2)  All Seasons Travel Plan with Cancel for Any Reason provides for full flexibility and is available for 11.2% of your trip cost.

3)  Lodging Protection Plan with a maximum cancellation benefit is $1,000 at a flat rate of $15 per reservation.

All Seasons Travel Plan with Cancel for Any Reason provides for full flexibility and is available for 11.2% of your trip cost.  100% refund for 12 specific reasons for cancellation, cancel for any reason, outside of the reasons, at up to 75% refund.
