Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances. All of our properties offer FREE Wi-Fi. At Summit Vacations, you will enjoy the sophistication typically associated with larger travel brands with the local knowledge and customer service of a small company. This home has a short walk or shuttle ride to the Snowflake lift, then ski down Four O’Clock Run and walk to this condo PARKING: Parking for 2 Vehicles Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads. We offer EXCLUSIVE Summit Vacations guest discounts including ski rental discounts (discount information provided after making a reservation). Minimum age of renter 25 years of age. Park Place B203 is a beautifully remodeled premium condo, decorated in mountain décor, with great access to the slopes and downtown. It is a short walk or shuttle ride to the Snowflake lift, then ski down Four O’Clock Run and walk to this condo. It is a short stroll to historic Main Street for après-ski or great dining. Park Place B203 is a two-bedroom, two bath, 1250 square foot, ski-in condominium located on the 2nd floor of the Park Place 'B' building. The updated kitchen is fully equipped for cooking needs, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats 6 plus has 3 bar stools at the counter. The living area has a queen size hide-a-bed, 55” flat-screen TV, beautiful gas fireplace with books and DVD’s to enjoy. Park Place condominium complex is located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O'clock Road, within walking distance (1000 feet) of the Snowflake double chairlift. Four O'clock road has free bus transportation to Peaks 8 & 9. The complex is across the street from the Performing Arts Center and one block from downtown Breckenridge. In the summer, hike up the mountain from the Four O'clock trail/ski run, just 1/2 block away; in the winter, ski down from the top of Peak 8, highest chairlift in North America-- a 3 1/2 mile run. The master bedroom has custom aspen log furniture, with a King-size Sleep Number bed, with a Euro top mattress, a flat-screen TV, remodeled private bathroom with steam shower, washer and dryer, and new cabinets. The second bedroom has a King bed with a new Euro top mattress and twin bunk beds, with new firm mattresses, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with a tub/shower. Winter Highlights: Walk up the street (1000 feet, or 50 feet to the free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes) to get to the Snowflake Chairlift. You can make your way to the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair, and ski down 3 1/2 miles back to this condo for lunch, or at the end of the day to soak those tired legs in the hot tubs in the complex. You can also enjoy the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex. In the last week of January you can see Breckenridge's annual International Ice Sculpture Contest, and all winter, the new Lighted Ice Castle; both are just across the street from Park Place. Summer Highlights: Walk 2 blocks up the street to two trails that go alongside Sawmill Creek. From there it is a 3/4 mile hike to 4 O'Clock Reservoir. For the more adventurous, you can walk 1/2 block to the 4 O'Clock Trail and then hike to the top of 12,998 foot Peak 8 . Mountain bike up the 4 O'Clock Trail or ride a "comfort" bike on the 9 mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Enjoy the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex. Walk 1 block to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9. It is HIGHLY recommended the purchase of Travel Insurance and Vacation Rental Damage Protection in the unfortunate event you need to cancel and for refunds. We suggest Travel Protection for travel insurance: https://www.travelprotection.insure/441.html Travel Protection which protects against unforeseen events like cancellations, interruption or medical emergencies. Damage Protection which protects against accidental damage by guests to rental properties. Most often used in lieu of collecting damage deposits. Turns out an amazing location when you’re blizzard’d in! We didn’t end up skiing this particular weekend and this condo was perfect for being snowed in! We gamed, watched movies, walked to town, and cooked! This location was perfect! Well equipped for everything we needed!

Fabulous Clean Condo Stayed here for our annual family ski vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked and place perfectly clean. Easy walk to downtown and not a bad trek to the Snowflake lift. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The Condo is a great find! The kitchen is well stocked (spices, pans, and a crockpot!). The beds are comfortable, the walls are thick, and the location is prime. Everything you would want in a ski condo.
