Owner Useage
- Up to 2 weeks during Peak & Holiday Ski Seasons.
- Unlimited useage during Spring/Summer/Autumn Seasons.
- Gratis time to friends or family during non-Peak Ski Season & off-season.
- Owners must notify Summit Vacations via email or fax regarding reservations, indicating check-in date, check-out date, and housekeeping status.
Property Listed For Sale
- Summit Vacations does not currently manage any properties that are listed for sale during the ski season. Owner Rentals
- All rentals that generate revenue must be run through Summit Vacations.
- Owner may reduce rate for friends or family, or receive a 5% rebate per reservation.
- Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of services. Property-Related Fees
- Owners are responsible for paying all licensing fees, homeowner's association dues, utilities, etc.
Housekeeping Policy
- Owners may clean their own properties - if supplies are needed or laundry is processed, an appropriate fee will be charged.
- If the level of cleanliness does not meet Summit Vacations standards, owners will be charged for any additional cleaning necessary to bring the property up to standard.
- Friends of owners will not be permitted to clean properties.
- Owners are not permitted to utilize guest cleans for their personal use. owner Pets/Smoking
- As all of our properties are advertised as pet-free and smoke-free, owners must notify us when pets or smoking have been present.
