Highland Greens 42 (HG42) is a lovely 3 bedroom plus den 3 bathroom town home with a private 2 car attached garage and a private 5 person outdoor hot tub, in a beautifully landscaped mountain setting. The great room has a 47" flat screen HDTV, the updated kitchen has granite countertops with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen also has beautiful black appliances featuring a side by side refrigerator. The dining room table has seating for 8. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and double bunk beds in the third bedroom.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles!

During the winter season only there is a free, private shuttle service that is operated solely for the properties in our complex of Highland Greens. It does not stop at any other complex.
It runs every hour during the ski day and stops at our driveway. It has four stops; Snowflake Lift, Base of Peak 9, Town, and the Gondola. It is a continuous loop all day. At night, it will take you into town at any time and bring you back; the guests call for the pickup for the night service only. This has been a very well received service and is often more convenient than some of the other townhomes closer to the ski area since you never have to drive to the area. (Show Less)

Thank you for considering our mountain home away from home in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado! We live in Colorado Springs and are constantly performing upgrades to maintain our home in a beautiful condition.

What should you look for in a perspective vacation rental?

Owners that are committed to maintaining their property and caring for their guests. We sincerely mean this and have every expectation that you will enjoy your stay. If you have any issues whatever, so want to know about it!

Upgrades performed immediately prior to this season include:

1. All new premium quality carpeting throughout the home.

2. All new bedspreads and pillows.

3. High thread count cotton sheets and luxury towels.

5. All new rustic knotty Alder interior doors, closet doors and trim throughout the home.

6. Several rooms have been painted and decorated with new light fixtures / table lamps.

As you can see, we invest in our property to make sure you enjoy your family skiing vacation to beautiful Breckenridge!

* Whole house humidifier. This is an absolute necessity for a comfortable stay allowing you to breath easy at night in the dry air of the Rocky Mountains.

* Luxury hot tub. Our private hot tub features four JetPak-equipped seats and room for one more person on the cool-down bench. One of the seats is a specialty chair... a contoured lounger with calf jets. The spa also has a pulsating foot jet in the foot well.

* High speed Internet. We have a Comcast Xfinity Triple Play package that includes 30Mpbs down / 15 Mbps up. This supports great Netflix video streaming, and good quality VoIP and is a necessity for those hard-core road warriors that bring their laptop on vacation!

* Great location. We are located just steps from the Breckenridge Free Ride Brown Route stop # 10 (aka Base 9 stop) which runs twice an hour. If you miss the Free Ride, you walk up the street (1500 feet) to get to the Quicksilver Chairlift. We are just 3 blocks from the many shops and restaurants in the heart of downtown Breckenridge.

Our mountain home is very spacious with 3 levels, 5 bedrooms plus loft and 3 full baths. It is decorated in a lovely mountain style and is located just steps from the Breckenridge Free Ride and within a short walk to the Peak 9 base and the high-speed Quicksilver Super Six chairlift. Our home has the largest floor plan available in the Village Point townhouses. Don't settle for a small condo when you can stay in our spacious home!

Bedroom / Loft Layout:

Bedroom 1 is located on the 2nd floor with a King bed and a spacious master bath.

The Loft is also located on the 2nd floor and has a futon with a double sized mattress

Bedroom 2 is located on the Main Level and has a twin over full bunk-bed with an extra twin trundle bed

Bedroom 3 is located on the lower level with two twins beds

Bedroom 4 is located on the lower level with a queen bed

Bedroom 5 is located on the lower level with a queen bed and bath.

There is a public bath in the hallway of the lower level. This lower level is very nice with full windows in each room, beautiful new carpeting and several rooms that have been newly painted / decorated.

We have a minimum night stay policy which varies according to the time of year. As a guideline, our normal minimum night stay is 5 nights and 7 nights during the Christmas season. Reservations not conforming, may not be honored.

The Pine Creek Town homes are located on Columbine Road and on the Blue River, near the south end of town. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a 4 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift. The free shuttle bus stops out in front of the complex.

SUMMER HIGHLIGHTS:
You can walk 800 feet to the bridge that crosses the Blue River and onto numerous hiking and biking trails up, over, and along the peaks of the Ten Mile Range. You can also mountain bike or ride a "comfort" bike on the 9 mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Enjoy the Columbine heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex. Walk 2 1/2 blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.

WINTER HIGHLIGHTS:
Walk up the street (800 feet) to get to the Quick Silver Chairlift. At the end of the your ski day, you can relax in the Columbine heated outdoor pool or hot tubs. Walk 2 1/2 blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open til late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.
