Breckenridge has got to be one of the best places to be in the Colorado Rockies on New Year’s Eve. Not only is the the town bustling with activity, there are also perfect opportunities to make new friends and the dining and nightlife are something not to miss.
Let's take a look at what you can expect on New Years Eve:
6:00pm - Torchlight Parade
This is a long-standing tradition, brought to you by Breckenridge Ski & Snowboard School. Members carry torches from the top of Peak 9 down American to the Village in the New Year’s Eve torchlight parade. Weather permitting.
8:30pm - Reggae on the Blue: NYE with Anthony B
Reggae on the Blue featuring Anthony B is brough to you by World Music Development. The stellar lin-up include special guests Split Window and The Hollywood Farmers. Promising to make New Year’s Eve an unforgettable evening of live music and giving back to the community.
WMD Presents is a series of concerts, music events, and conferences as general fundraising support for World Music Development to advance our mission of creating global peace through music. At each event a local nonprofit is selected as a beneficiary to receive 10% of the gross proceeds from all ticket sales. For this engagement we have the honor of partnering with Building Hope, a multi-faceted community initiative creating solutions to a wide array of challenges in Summit County’s mental health care system.
