Atrium 101 is a newly remodeled 2 bdrm, 2 bath condominium located on the 1st floor of the Atrium building. Comfortably furnished, the unit boasts a gas fireplace, 32" LCD television and seclusion from the congestion of downtown Breckenridge, yet within walking distance of it's quaint shops and restaurants. This condo has high speed internet and access to an outdoor hot tub. Only one parking pass is provided.
The Atrium condominium complex is located at the south end of French Street, three block's easy walking distance to the center of the bustling business district of Breckenridge, with its many wonderful restaurants and shops. It is also just 6 blocks from the ski area. The residential neighborhood across the street and the city park and play area behind Atrium provide pleasant family environment. The play area behind the Atrium includes volleyball and tennis courts. The Atrium also has a Common Living Area that is shared with all the Atrium guest in the main area of the building providing a great meeting place for the whole family and comfortable atmosphere to relax after a long day on the slopes.

“I spent a week at this condo in mid-December to get some early season skiing in with my 2 adult sons. This condo worked perfectly for us. Firstly, the location is unbeatable - you can walk to the Peak 9 Base Area in 7 minutes easily (use the shortcut stairs down the street on the left hand side). It's also just a 5 minute walk to Main Street and all the restaurants and bars for the Apres Ski. The condo itself was fully stocked with towels, soaps, dish washing stuff etc. and was warm and comfortable. We didn't do much cooking (apart from breakfasts) but on the one evening that we did cook dinner, every needed utensil and pan etc was there in the kitchen. Helpfully, there was basement parking for our one car. We made great use of the hottub also - great after a day's skiing! All in all, we were perfectly happy with this condo and would definitely use it on any future ski trips. The noise mentioned by a previous reviewer from folks entering late at night was not an issue for us at all - you could hear it, but it was low and not bothersome. The only issue we had was that the couch is a bit dated and caused one of my son's dust allergies to kick up - but he just avoided sitting on it and was fine. The team from Summit Vacations were very helpful when we had a little lockbox trouble while checking in - even though it was late, someone immediately answered the phone and sorted out the issue. Great place to stay. Recommend it.”
“This place was in a great location and had everything you could need. It's really close to a couple of lifts as well as the downtown area. Perfect for a small group. If you needed anything there is a call number and the customer service was awesome! Someone was there to help with anything within the hour. I would definitely stay here or with another one of their properties again based on that.”

First , the management company did an outstanding job communicating and answering any questions. They responded very rapidly with any issues we had during the stay! The condo is in a great location, within walking distance of Breckenridge. Free shuttle to the slopes is literally out the front door! Plus there is a city park right behind the condo with a sledding hill for the kiddos to play on after you wear them out on the slopes. The only thing to be aware of is the garage door height is limited so if you have a tall truck or SUV with a ski rack you will be parking outside. No real issue with this as there is plenty of parking.
